Trentham Invest operates through a deliberately structured, team-based advisory model.
Clients are supported by a dedicated adviser and an integrated professional team responsible for advice, technical analysis, implementation, reviews, and governance. Advice is personal and relationship-led, while remaining consistent, well-governed, and supported by company-wide processes.
This structure is designed to provide continuity, oversight, and long-term client care as our clients’ circumstances and needs evolve.
Nicola is responsible for the delivery of client advice, focusing on long-term financial planning and alignment with individual client objectives. She helps design the systems and operations of the business and works within a structured team framework to ensure advice is appropriate, reviewed regularly, and supported by suitable technical analysis.
Outside of work, Nicola’s passion is enjoying her community and time with her amazing Italian Greyhound dogs Paris and Leo. She can be seen regularly at agility training sessions as well as Crufts where her dogs have won several awards including best in class in March 2026.
Christian oversees operational management and internal controls across the business and works closely with Nicola to run the systems and operations of the business. His role supports effective governance, systems oversight, and the consistent delivery of advice in line with regulatory requirements.
Christian enjoys playing badminton, dodgeball, board games, video games and travelling.
Matt has worked in the financial sector for over 15 years. During this time, he has undertaken many qualifications, earning him his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and is currently working towards obtaining his Chartered status.
In 2024, Matt won the Outsourced Paraplanner of the Year award from Professional Paraplanner, recognising his exceptional contributions to the industry. He has a passion for personal development, continuous improvement and travelling the world.
Outside of work, he spends time playing football and tennis, reading, and socialising.
Stephanie is our Head Paraplanner and has worked in the financial sector since 2019.
In that time, she has obtained her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, receiving The Insurance Institute of Leicester’s prize for ‘Best Performance in Achieving Qualified Status’ in November 2022. She went on to achieve her Advanced Diploma and was awarded Chartered status in November 2024.
In July 2024, she won the award for New Paraplanner of the Year at the Professional Paraplanner Awards.
Stephanie enjoys theatre trips, Pilates, tap dancing, and performing with her burlesque troupe.
Emily joined our growing team, new to the industry, in early 2023 and has since become a key part of our financial admin crew.
She is well underway with her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and looks forward to further developing her knowledge and advancing her career with Accelerate and within the finance industry as a whole.
Emily enjoys both playing and watching football, cooking, and spending long weekends away travelling and exploring sunny holiday destinations.
Lily joined our team in January 2025 as one of our Financial Administrators. Lily has worked as a Financial Administrator for nearly 3 years and is currently working towards her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is passionate about improving her knowledge and abilities within the Financial Industry.
In her free time, Lily enjoys hiking, reading and travelling.
